I'm Arnaud COUVREUR, a French-born Aussie who proudly became a citizen in 2022.

My professional journey has been a fair dinkum adventure across France and Australia, spanning industrial relations (as an employers' rep), hospitality, and business operations, including development and strategy. I've cultivated a generalist skill set, peppered with niche expertise and experiences. 

Currently, I'm working as Head of Chapter for the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce (FACCI) in Western Australia, an 8-month commitment that elegantly connects my past leadership of professional organisations in Paris with my present life in Perth. This temporary role allows me to strengthen FACCI's regional impact while I prepare for my next career chapter after October 2025. At the heart of it all has been people and passion: connecting with others, understanding what makes them tick, bringing out their best, and helping them succeed.

I'm determined and always keen to learn new things and explore unfamiliar territories. I've got a natural knack for managing teams and budgets, reimagining and developing concepts, and breathing life into visions with empathy for others.

I'd describe myself as having a creative, entrepreneurial, and integrative personality. Project management, business development, strategy, and team management are areas where I shine. I possess a deep passion for people and hospitality.

The unknown doesn't faze me a bit. I'm geographically flexible and ready to embrace new challenges that come my way. I'm always open to new opportunities that align with my skills and passion, aiming to further consolidate my professional path and give it even greater meaning.
